The CCM Super Tacks Ice Hockey Girdle w/Shell offers the ultimate custom fit and pro-level protection. This girdle provides the ability to adjust the thigh guards both horizontally and vertically. This gives the wearer the ability to acquire a snugger fit or a more traditional fit while still being able to make sure that the length fits them in the most comfortable and protective way possible. Also adjustable is the floating spine guard which is equipped with D3O foam and sturdy HD foam for pro-level impact absorption. Beneath the spine guard is the tailbone padding which is built from PE inserts with double layered medium-density foam. The kidney guards also feature PE inserts and mid-density foams. In the hip pads, JDP hard plastic inserts are backed by D3O smart foam for an advanced combination of impact dispersion and absorption. Finally, the thigh guards offer excellent impact protection in the form of layered high and mid-density foams. For the shell, CCM used premium nylon with reinforced paneling in the high abrasion areas, creating a lightweight and very durable shell.
