CCM's E-Flex 400 model for their newly introduced line of goalie protection is designed with features to enhance mobility, rebound control, stability, and overall balance. The 90 degree soft boot makes it easier to flex in the ankle area and also does not hinder mobility. This pad will limit the amount of rebounds offered by the goaltender because of the softer foam used under the front surface of the pad. The fact that there are no bindings for the knee and calf wraps means increased durability and no searching for replacement hardware for the pad.
