The Tacks 6092 skate offers up a huge value at its price point. Although this is not the absolute top of the line model, many of those top tiered features trickle down to the 6092 to provide a comfortable and high performing skate for elite skaters. More importantly, CCM altered the fitting characteristics of this Tacks line to be more anatomical right out of the box. Getting right into the boot construction, CCM used a high end, textured, and layer-formed boot frame that has that metallic mesh look. It has strategic reinforcements used to promote elite level support with effortless energy transfer, combine all this with the Tacks AttackFrame composite core and you get a boot that is lightweight, rigid, and thermo-formable to give an anatomical and customized fit all around the skate. This fit profile provides a close fit in the heel and ankle with a medium width throughout the boot. Like the Super Tacks, the 6092 features CCM’s premier skate lining, TotalDri Liner. This is a lightweight liner that wicks away moisture very quickly and works well with the vented exhaust system placed on the outsole of the skate.
